Job Description
South Airlines, a leading airline in the industry, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries about flights, reservations, changes, and more. Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workloads.

Educational Qualifications
