• Collaborate with the product and operations teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and feedback based on client interaction experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
• Participate in or initiate opportunities for skill development and training.
• Remain current with product knowledge and changes, as well as competitor offerings.
? *Requirements:**
• Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing higher education in relevant fields is a plus.
• No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively assist and advise clients.
• Resourceful and energetic personality, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changes in client needs, products, or services.
• Basic proficiency in using computers and digital communication platforms (social media, email, chat).
