As a Senior Technical Designer, you?ll play a key role in advancing our game design initiatives. You?ll work closely with the design team, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise to create features and content that are smart, robust, and creative.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor other designers with your Unreal Engine expertise, helping them elevate their technical skills.

Promote best practices to enhance the technical rigor of the design team.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes.

Tackle design challenges head-on, delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Build robust and maintainable content and features in Unreal Engine/Blueprint.

Write detailed design specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and make data-driven adjustments.

What You Bring:

Deep expertise in Unreal Engine, particularly in Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and gameplay systems.

A strong foundation in 3D math fundamentals.

Proficiency in C++ programming.

2+ years in a technical design role with a proven track record.

Experience shipping at least one title using Unreal Engine.

A background in multiplayer game development.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A passion for designing, building, and delivering exceptional video games.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Python, C#, and/or Lua.

Artistic skills, including the ability to model, rig, and animate simple placeholder assets for early gameplay prototyping.
