As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat and tele chat channels. You will act as a brand ambassador for NMP and our clients, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to... resolve any customer issues and provide timely solutions to escalate the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat and tele chat channels. ? Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs to provide appropriate solutions. ? Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. ? Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor customer satisfaction. ? Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve any escalated customer issues. ? Continuously improve and maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism. ? Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers. Qualifications: ? A minimum of 2 years? experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or tele chat environment. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Proficiency in using live chat software and tele chat systems. ? Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ?
