Job Description: Precision Contracting is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their construction projects. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and chat. Address customer questions and concerns regarding construction projects, timelines, budgets, and other related inquiries, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolutions. Coordinate communication between clients and project teams, facilitating clear and timely information exchange to address client needs and inquiries. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and communications in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address customer concerns and provide support as needed. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and file management, to support the efficient operation of the customer service department. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive client information and documents. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in customer service. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the construction or related industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
