• **Customer Engagement**: Communicate with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues they may encounter during their shopping experience.

• **Information Management**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Office Depot?s products, services, promotions, and operational policies to facilitate accurate information delivery.

• **Problem Resolution**: Identify customer issues and take appropriate action, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• **Order Processing**: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accurate transaction processing.

• **Feedback Handling**: Collect and document customer feedback and insights to provide continuous improvement insights to management.

• **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with team members in strategic planning sessions to enhance chat protocols and efficiency in handling customer inquiries.

• **Performance Metrics**: Meet and maintain established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.

• **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

### Required Qualifications:

• **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or online support environment.

• **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate?s degree preferred, but not essential.

• **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in computer systems and software, including familiarity with live chat software, and the ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.
