Live Chat Assistant (Entry Level) at QuickPlumb

QuickPlum Inc is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote basis from anywhere in the United States. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through online chat, helping them with inquiries, technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities... 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information and a friendly demeanor. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor?s degree is a plus. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. 3. Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. 7. Proficiency with basic computer applications and online chat platforms. 8.
