Live Chat Assistant (Fully Remote ? US)
Are you seeking an exciting and fulfilling remote role that allows you to assist customers in real time? Our position for a Live Chat Assistant could be the perfect fit! In this role, you?ll deliver outstanding customer support for our clients and their website visitors via Live Chat software.
Roles: As a Live Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries on Facebook... and Instagram, addressing both support issues from existing customers and sales questions from potential customers. You will manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, maintaining composure and enthusiasm to ensure customer satisfaction.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates within the United States.
Requirements:
Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently.
Strong capability to follow detailed instructions.
Availability for at least 5 hours per week.
A reliable internet connection.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
