As an Italian Speaker in this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to our Italian-speaking clients. Your mission is to listen to their inquiries and resolve any issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
?Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
?Actively listen to customer concerns and provide relevant solutions
?Keep accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups
?Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
?Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
?Follow company procedures to ensure high standards of service
?Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
?No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
