Job Description


Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Help Desk Specialist to join our growing remote team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Requirements



  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-oriented and patient demeanor.


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.

  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


Educational Qualifications



  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
