Afternoon Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team. don't worry, NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. We will train!

Hours:
? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm.
? Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

In this role, you'll:
? Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude.
? Provide accurate information about our services and pricing.
? Handle customers' questions and complaints with patience and professionalism.
? Process orders efficiently and accurately.
? Maintain a clean and organized work area.
? Other duties as required.

You're a perfect fit if you:

? Follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
? Are detail-oriented and organized.
? Work well in a fast-paced environment.
? Work well in a team as well as individually.
? Are dependable and punctual.
? Are at least 5 feet 2 inches tall.

What we offer:
? Start pay: $15.00 / hour. Raises are available based on performance and ability.
? Seven paid holidays each year.
? One-week paid vacation each year.
? Free cleaning on certain items and discounted cleaning on other items.
? Sundays off, and no night hours.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
