Job Description


As an In-Flight Support Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the cabin crew by providing excellent support services during flights. You will engage with passengers, assist with their needs, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere on board.


Responsibilities


– Assist cabin crew with pre-flight and post-flight procedures.


– Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries.


– Distribute in-flight refreshments and materials as directed by the cabin crew.


– Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin environment.


– Assist with passenger boarding and disembarking when necessary.


– Report any issues or incidents to the cabin crew in a timely manner.


– Engage positively with passengers to enhance their flying experience.


Requirements


– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


– Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer service.


– Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.


Educational Qualifications


– High school diploma or equivalent required.


– Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.


Experience


– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.


– Experience in a fast-paced work environment is an advantage.
