This position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape, promote, and materialize pivotal organizational change, talent management, corporate culture, and remote workplace strategies across the globe. The successful Consultant will support global audiences to cultivate Talent Development & Culture initiatives, such as Performance Management, Talent Review Process, Employee Recognition & Awards program, culture, and employee engagement initiatives. This role involves animatedly engaging employees through various insightful content and innovative talent management strategies.
Job Responsibilities
? Lead the performance review cycle process
? Drive the engagement survey process from creation to execution and analytics afterwards
? Experience with people analytics to measure the impact of initiatives alongside industry best practices (Kirkpatrick, ADDIE)
? Collaborate to design, develop, track and report on both talent development and culture initiatives
? Ensure alignment between talent development initiatives and performance management process to ensure best-practice approaches
? Conduct educational and training sessions across various business units and levels
? Serve as culture champion to bring the organization's culture to life, showcase corporate values and inspire employee engagement
? Use effective storytelling to articulate our culture and boost employee engagement.
? Drive strategies to attract and retain top talent
? Monitor and track success metrics in employee programs through annual employee engagement surveys.
? Curate and communicate messages about behaviors, stories & initiatives that showcase our values, cultural norms, and encapsulate the essence of our organization.
? Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to develop and implement sustainable programming that enhances the employee experience and feeling of belonging throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
? Partner with HR teams to gather customer feedback and then translate it into strategic initiatives
Requirements
? A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably within a high-tech environment.
? 5+ years of ownership of employee engagement and performance manage on a global scale
? 3+ years experience with qualitative and quantitative data to drive business results with people analytics experience preferred
? Proven expertise in Talent Management and Talent Development.
? Strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skills
? Excellent project & program management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects particularly cross functionally
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
? Self-starter proactive, collaborative and resourceful who owns and drives their initiatives
? Lifelong learner
? Abitliy to drive and manage accountability at all levels
? Experience working in a global environment
