Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the primary liaison among executives, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
? Efficiently manage the flow of information to ensure the CEO is informed of priority matters.
? Coordinate and maintain the CEO?s intricate calendar, including scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements.
? Prepare and refine correspondence, presentations, and other essential documents on behalf of the CEO.
? Conduct research and analyze data to generate insightful reports and documents.
? Oversee the CEO's personal commitments, ensuring personal tasks and appointments are managed effectively.
? Safeguard confidential documents with the highest level of discretion.
? Facilitate internal communication by coordinating meetings and distributing announcements.
? Document meeting minutes accurately and follow up on project deadlines.
? Attend meetings and represent the CEO when required.

Required Skills
? Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable role supporting senior executives.
? Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and aptitude for multitasking with effective follow-up.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? High capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with familiarity with scheduling and communication tools.

Qualifications
? Proven track record in managing multiple priorities and logistics effectively.
? While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
