Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Log and manage support requests in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Some college coursework in IT or related fields (preferred)
Experience
