Full Time LPN

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our patients and support the overall functioning of our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. ? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. ? Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns. ? Assist with patient assessments and development of care plans. ? Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans. ? Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. ? Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. ? Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies. ? Assist with training and supervision of nursing assistants and other staff members.

Qualifications: ? Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. ? Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Compassionate and patient demeanor. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
