In this role, you will be responsible for developing, distributing, and documenting dashboards and reports including maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and relevance for decision making.

Skills
? Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
? Five (5) years of experience in business or sales support administration including CRM technology.
? Experience with database administration and system requirements for data management.
? Comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel, Access, and SQL.
? Strong project management skills with application development background.

Responsibilities
? Lead business processes and data management activities for Professional Membership and Science team.
? Develop, maintain, and distribute data queries and reports.
? Identify process improvements and automated solutions for CRM activities.
? Enhance external customer experience through workflow analysis.
? Act as a liaison to Business Technology and ensure data operations align with policies.
? Update and maintain user guidelines, operating procedures, and training documentation.

Qualifications
? Five (5) years of experience with database administration and customer relationship management technology.
? Comprehensive skills in analytics and reporting through database queries.
? Supervisory experience is preferred.
? Knowledge of medical terminology and CVD data is a plus.

? Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
