Support language: French-English (Excellent French language skills and a good command of English are required for this position)

Service times: MO-SO 8.00-23.00h

Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our Work at Home service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world?s biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.

Working within our friendly and supportive team:
? Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in French
? Thanks to your professional customer... advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
? Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
? You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Your Skills:
? Online advertising experience is desirable
? Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
? Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
? Affinity for social media and active social media users
? Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
