Responsibilities
? Moderate and review user-generated content in French to ensure compliance with community standards.
? Promptly identify and address inappropriate content and user behavior.
? Create comprehensive reports on moderation efforts for internal review and strategy enhancement.
? Offer thoughtful feedback to users to promote positive and respectful interactions.
? Work alongside the social media team to develop and implement moderation policies.
? Stay updated with trends and best practices within the industry to continuously improve moderation techniques.
? Help translate user feedback and moderation guidelines to ensure clarity for French-speaking users.
? Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms and community guidelines.
? Outstanding communication skills with the capability to provide constructive feedback.
? Detail-oriented and skilled in analyzing user behavior trends.
? Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
