The Company Reviews group owns and delivers the product of the same name, providing a great experience for job seekers internationally and helping them identify and research their prospective employers, whilst driving substantial levels of new audience for Indeed. Next step of product growth and realising true value potential for the company are the main challenges to be achieved. This important job seeker facing mission is supported by the diverse technology stack ranging from sophisticated front ends, a range of services and APIs serving other company products, as well as data acquisition and organisation services.

A successful candidate will be expected to:
? Co-lead with their product partner the development and delivery of a major job-seeker facing product, including forming strategies for the next step of product growth
? Provide and ensure technical direction to a group of teams consisting of 20+ engineers
? Provide substantial contributions to product roadmap
?... Create and improve software development and delivery processes in their organisation
? Identify and implement new capabilities for the business benefit of the larger organisation
? Collaborate in and drive large cross-product initiatives

Who You Are
? 15+ years of experience with software development lifecycle and agile practices
? 10+ years of experience in leading delivery of large projects with a consistent track record of timely delivery in a multi-functional environment
? 5+ years of experience of providing technical direction to large product delivery teams
? Record of substantial contributions to the roadmap of a large user-facing product in the scale of ~1M unique of users a day
? Successful track record of managing multiple roadmaps and delivery teams
? Experience with selecting, attracting, motivating, coaching, retaining and developing engineers and their leaders
? Desire and ability to drive data-driven decisions
? Engineering or computer science degree and/or equivalent appropriate background through work experience
