Description:

Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Delta Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our customers, providing real-time assistance through our live chat system. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to quickly resolve customer inquiries and issues. As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will interact with our customers to resolve their concerns, provide information about our services, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Requirements:

  • Reside in New York State.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to customers via live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Update customer accounts and document interactions clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay informed about Delta Airlines services, policies, and promotions to assist customers better.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Educational Qualifications:
