### Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

– Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

– Must be a resident of Georgia

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

– Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

### Responsibilities

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat

– Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and other customer concerns

– Use various systems and tools to resolve customer issues efficiently

– Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers

– Escalate issues to higher management when necessary

– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
