Job Description


As a Live Chat Agent at Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through our digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to flight bookings, baggage, travel policies, and more.
