Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about flights, handling reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Proficiency in using computer systems and software. ? Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities: ? Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ? Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes. ? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. ? Educate customers on Delta?s policies, procedures, and services. ? Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. ? Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.

Educational Qualifications:
