Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (Flexible Shifts Available)

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Assist with booking, changing, and canceling flights.
? Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
? Help customers with baggage inquiries and lost items.
? Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
? Process refunds and compensation claims.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hourly Salary Range

$25 ? $45 per hour

Job Requirements
