Job Description

Delta Airlines is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. 4. Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with Delta Airlines policies.

5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

7. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. ? *Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

4. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

7. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. ? *Educational Qualifications:**
