Delivery Product Specialist

The Product Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing the deployment and integration of AI models into production environments. This involves ensuring the seamless monitoring and optimization of AI solutions in line with solution design documents (SDD). The role also emphasizes continuous feedback collection from users and stakeholders to fine-tune product configurations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams?such as data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders?is key to delivering cutting-edge AI solutions effectively.

Responsibilities: ? Gather, assess, and define business requirements for clients utilizing conversational AI solutions. ? Create functional specifications, requirements documentation, user stories, and test specifications. ? Analyze call recordings, transcripts, and contextual data to define and configure analytics categories tailored to business use cases. ? Develop and test dashboards to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders. ? Continuously improve AI models by adjusting keywords, phrases, business rules, and analytics models. ? Analyze generated outputs and offer actionable insights based on observations. ? Foster a positive team environment conducive to innovation and growth. ? Contribute to the product roadmap based on field and customer feedback.

Desired Skills & Experience:
? At least 2 years of relevant experience.
? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
? Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
? Experience in contact center operations and an understanding of associated business processes.
? Proficiency in conversational product knowledge, customer experience (CX), AI tuning, and Domain Language Model (DLM) implementation.
? Experience in data analysis and using business intelligence tools.
? Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel (Lucid and Visio are a plus).
? Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
? Familiarity with AI concepts (including Generative AI and prompt engineering).
? Ability to work with various tools and platforms.
? Bonus: Familiarity with API integrations, and beginner-level knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or jQuery.
? Bonus: Spanish language skills.
