What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide information and updates on projects to operational business partners across multiple segments
• Collaborate with Workforce and operational teams to manage demand and supply
• Lead and develop projects across various business segments and vendor partners
• Analyze data to identify insights and opportunities for operational efficiency
• Communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management
• 2+ years of experience with Workforce Management software (e.g., IEX, Aspect)
• 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects
• 1+ years of experience using analytical and communication tools (Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration or reporting
• Understanding of call center telecom hardware (e.g., Genesys, CXOne, Avaya)
• Proven track record of identifying and improving processes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
