  • Providing product information and assistance with ordering
  • Processing returns and refunds according to company policies
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets
    Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Resilient and reliable personality traits
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working remotely
