Job Description:

American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be someone who is resilient and independent, able to handle challenging situations with grace and... professionalism.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their travel experience. 3. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and seamless customer service delivery. 4. Use people management skills to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions that satisfy the customer. 5. Conduct research on customer concerns and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the airline industry. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. 4. Excellent research skills to gather information and provide informed solutions to customers. 5. A commitment to upholding high standards of service and striving for excellence in all aspects of the job.
