What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage a steady volume of inbound customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve customer issues

• Assist other areas of the organization as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Passion for serving customers and solving problems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Composure in high-stress situations and attention to detail
• Ability to work in the office in Lindon, Utah, 3 days per week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• College experience in a related field
