    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the call center, including staffing, training, and maintaining quality standards
  • Assist staff with escalated calls, customer concerns, and technology issues while keeping them motivated and engaged
  • Participate in interviews, deliver training to staff, and provide input on performance evaluations
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare performance reports and meet monthly key performance goals
  • Report system, customer, or operational issues that impact service quality and facilitate problem-solving
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Two-year degree from an accredited university; Four-year degree preferred; or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in a Contact Center, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve set goals

  • Experience utilizing workforce management solutions to project and maintain staffing levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency in resolving customer complaints and escalations
  • Ability to produce detailed system issue reports and analyze key contact center metrics
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Advanced knowledge of procedures across multiple customers and systems
