Essential Functions
? Maintain records of all open customer support tickets, sends out reports as needed
? Works with all departments to get tickets resolved in a timely manner
? Set priorities and manage time effectively
? Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities
? HS diploma or GED required
? Excellent keyboarding skills
? Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
? Strong phone and verbal communication skills
? Excellent active listening skills
? Must be able to multi-task
? Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
? Demonstrate willingness to learn tanning equipment and industry
