Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our Miami branch. This will be a part-time position, requiring under 4 hours of work daily. The position is within the customer service department of Amazon, one of the most renowned companies in the USA.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining Amazon’s reputation for exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, answering queries and handling complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

In addition, you will provide information about our products and services, make product recommendations, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

– Track record of over-achieving quota

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

– Manage large amounts of incoming calls

– Generate sales leads

– Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction

– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

– Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
