Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change based on business needs)

Responsibilities

? Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations.
? Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
? Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
? Upsell additional services such as seat upgrades and extra baggage.
? Process refunds and manage customer accounts.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Hourly Salary Range

$25 ? $45 per hour

Job Requirements
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
? Must be located in the United States.

Basic Educational Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
