Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processes.

2. Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.

3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

4. Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and those requiring wheelchair assistance.

5. Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations.

6. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Hourly Salary Range

$25 ? $45 per hour

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Previous customer service experience preferred.

7. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Basic Educational Requirements
