You Are: Someone with a few years of call center/customer service/office support experience or someone with a lot of experience looking to make a career change. Responsibilities Include:
? Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
? Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
? Document all client communication across several platforms
? Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers

Qualifications: ? 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment ? Ability to work remotely ? Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills ? Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office ? Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications: ? 4+ years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!) ? Bilingual (Spanish/English) ? Associates Degree

Things to know:
? Variable schedule includes hours between 10:00am-11:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
