Position: Lead Generation Specialist for Cleaning Business
Type: Part-Time, Remote
Compensation: Commission-based (earnings increase with the number of leads generated)

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us expand our cleaning business. This part-time, remote position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently. Your primary goal will be to identify and generate quality leads?homeowners or businesses in need of cleaning services. Your success will directly impact your earnings, as compensation is based on the number of viable leads you provide.

? Assess the quality and potential of leads by gathering information such as their cleaning needs, location, and budget.
? Ensure leads meet the criteria for your cleaning services to maximize conversion rates.
? Lead Outreach:
? Contact potential leads via email, phone, or messaging platforms to introduce our cleaning services.
? Use persuasive and professional communication techniques to engage leads and assess their interest.
? Lead Management:
? Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, including contact information and status updates.
? Track the progress of leads and follow up as needed to ensure continued interest.
? Reporting:
? Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts, including the number of leads contacted, their quality, and the outcome of interactions.
? Analyze lead generation metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
? Collaboration:
? Work closely with the cleaning business team to understand service offerings, promotional materials, and target markets.
