The Job:
As a Customer Service Representative, you?ll be part of our Mac Tool team working as a 2nd Shift virtual employee. You?ll get to:
? Provide resolutions to our customer's questions by answering inbound calls, emails, and texts.
? Utilize internal systems such as AS400 / SAP / Web / Salesforce.com to provide service to callers.
? Handles complaint resolutions competently by demonstrating the ability to openly listen, ask questions to clarify requests, relate empathetically, and respond professionally.
? Quickly interprets customer, product, and shipment information.
? Able to accept and implement coaching feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.
? Represents Mac Tools professionally and courteously through quality phone conversation and written correspondence.
? Hours: Monday - Thursday, 12:30 pm EST - 9 pm EST Friday, 9:30 am EST - 6 pm EST
