Job description:
A.R.M. Solutions is currently hiring a full-time First Party Customer Service Rep who resides in South Carolina to handle inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts receivable, process payments, and resolve billing issues. This customer service position earns a competitive wage plus bonuses.

DAY-TO-DAY
In this First Party Customer Service position, you play an important role in the success of many businesses across the U.S. You're on a mission to provide exceptional customer service as you handle various accounts receivable tasks. You answer inbound calls from customers, communicating clearly as you respond to accounts receivable billing inquiries and process payments. Additionally, you make outbound calls to notify customers of outstanding balances and assist them with payment options.
Customers appreciate your patience and professionalism as you work to resolve accounts receivable billing issues in accordance with all state and federal regulations. You love having the ability to work remotely while still engaging with team members via chats and video conferencing.
You find satisfaction in helping businesses resolve billing issues, and you feel great about providing amazing customer service each day!

Duties:
?Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
?Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
?Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
?Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
?Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto the company's.
?Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively utilize the platform.
?Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on performance.
Skills:
?Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering excellent service.
?Knowledge of financial services industry and understanding of investment products.
?Proven sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
?Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
?Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
?Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
?Previous experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred.
