Customer Service Representative

They are seeking an organized customer service professional with great written communication skills to support with order entry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner. This role is 100% onsite in Duluth. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
? Input customer orders and process them in software.
? Support customers with general inquiries on orders.
? Respond in a timely manner to adjustments, lead times, and order status.
? Answer any billing or invoicing questions.
? Uncover errors in the order entry system and resolve as necessary.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Planning.
