About the position

Requirements
? 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or its equivalent.

? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center (utilities industry experience is a plus).

? Self-driven and able to focus on the same task/objective for long periods of time.

? Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

? High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge.

? Open availability between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time.

? Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.

? Customer-focused personality and motivation to achieve goals.

? Must pass background check including credit review and assessments in training.
