? Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
? Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
? Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience
Qualifications

? Strong independent work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines

? High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
