### Requirements

– Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat


– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution


– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools


– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies


– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents


– Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary


– Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

### Educational Qualifications


– High School diploma or GED required
