Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Taking customer donations and processing it
• Receiving calls from people that were impacted by the wildfires and submitting aid applications
• Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
• Data entry and accurately updating caller profiles
• Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have

Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service experience ?You know how to keep customers happy!
• Top-notch communication skills ?You can chat with anyone, anytime.
• Tech-savvy ?You?e comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
• Typing wizard ?You can keep up with the conversation and then some!
