Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Consultant to join our vibrant team in Washington State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any escalated issues promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution

  • Provide product information and assist customers with their purchasing decisions

  • Document customer interactions and issues accurately in our CRM system

  • Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures

  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services


Requirements



  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using CRM software is a plus


Educational Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred


Experience



  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or relations role

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is an advantage
