Educational Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Relevant certifications in customer relationship management are a plus


Experience



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred
