What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Streamline processes for branch-level Parts Departments to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to implement and execute parts room concepts
• Source parts in coordination with the Service Procurement Team for timely delivery
• Optimize inventory management through data analysis and waste reduction strategies
• Build strong relationships with branch locations to support their daily operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of parts experience preferred
• Strong understanding of service, parts, and warranty processes
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on company products
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in equipment maintenance
• Strong understanding of purchasing and logistics
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
• Proven track record in building and maintaining vendor and customer relationships
