As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated workforce. Job Details: Schedule: Hybrid required, at least 2 days in office in Bellevue, WA. Responsibilities: ? Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business autonomously, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of recruitment and attraction ? Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities ? Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members ? Advise and provide recommendations to hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role ? Ensure stakeholders are conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities ? Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders ? Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. ? Navigate unusual situations or difficult conversations with hiring leaders and candidates as needed ? Participate in continuous improvement activities Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required ? 4+ years experience working in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role required required ? Subject matter expert in recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations in multiple countries ? Experience with the successful and strategic use of various social media and sourcing search tools ? Experience in supporting senior leadership levels (leaders and candidates) through recruitment cycle ? Experience in delivering successful recruitment strategies that span across more than one location or vertical talent group ? Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools Come and join our Sparkling team! Base pay range is $74,460 to $97,720 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
