Sirat is dedicated to building strong, supportive communities that uplift and empower individuals and families affected with cleft. Our mission is to create a close-knit, deep network of community members and dedicated volunteers who work towards growing and building the community, by providing help / solving issues, engaging with the community and fostering a family-like environment within the community.

As the Community Growth Manager, you will be the driving force behind our community? growth and happiness and you will wear many hats. From onboarding new members to managing databases, weaving together partnerships, fostering connections, and empowering individuals impacted by cleft conditions, your attention to detail and passion for efficiency will be instrumental. Armed with confidence and exceptional communication skills, you will explore uncharted territories, initiate meaningful conversations, and catalyse action. Your mantra? Get things done.

We are seeking a candidate who can work based on the following requirements: ?Type: Full-time job (contribute 5 days, approximately ~40 hours a week) ?Duration: Commit for atleast 6 months ?Mode: Work in a hybrid set-up (work online remotely as well as offline in your city as and when required) ?Work Experience: 0-2 years

What responsibilities / tasks will you undertake?

By taking ownership and responsibility of the community platform, you are expected to ensure the community growth and well-being of its members through multiple avenues:
?Onboarding and community engagement: Proactively onboard new members regularly through personalised approach, develop strategies to boost member participation, and drive overall community success.
?Manage operations: Coordinate daily tasks in line with Sirat's mission and report on our progress.
?Database management: Keep our community records accurate and up-to-date for smooth communications and community management.
?Forge partnerships: Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to support our mission.
?Team player: Work closely with Sirat? central and broader team, sharing insights and assisting in achieving our collective goals.
?Organise Meetups: Plan and organize engaging online and offline meetups / events to strengthen bonds within our community.
?Improvement and Support: Identify areas of improvement based on community feedback to find opportunities for growth and enhancement, and enhance member experiences by providing thoughtful support.

About Sirat

SIRAT | The Cleft Warriors Ensemble is a cleft-focused community dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals born with cleft conditions and their families.

Founded by Ashim Garg and Sakshi Kothari in 2022, both proud cleft warriors themselves, SIRAT brings together people from diverse backgrounds to raise awareness and provide comprehensive support across medical, educational, and emotional aspects.

Our Vision is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with cleft conditions and their families. Our Mission is to establish a sustainable organization that fosters a supportive community for individuals born, and associated with cleft conditions.

Sirat is a registered section 8 (not for profit) company under the companies act of 2013.

About the Founders

Sirat was co-founded by Ashim and Sakshi, both of whom were born with cleft lip and palate.

Ashim is an IIT Delhi graduate, former mgmt. consultant at Bain & Company and former business generalist at Frontrow. He? worked independently as a consultant for multiple firms. He identifies himself as a passionate adventurer and athlete. He loves to play sports, go on adventures, create quality content, read, write and cook.

Sakshi is an ISME - ATLAS Mumbai postgrad, former Founder and creative director at Muse Gifting Co. She's worked independently as a hybrid digital designer, social media

manager and content strategist for multiple firms. She identifies herself as a passionate changemaker and artist. She loves to read, write, dance, create quality content and is in absolute awe of art, nature and life.

Ashim and Sakshi have extensive first-hand experience in the field of cleft lip and palate and are dedicated to providing quality care and support to those in need.
